- Develop Preliminary Design Concept and present for first round of comments.

- I review, revise, and finalize the design concept. This includes a visual presentation of the complete design concept along with preliminary materials, giving you a clear picture of the final outcome.
- Followed by preparation of working drawings - Issued for Pricing

- Coordination with project consultants
- Coordination of materials and specifications with builder/supplier.
